Institutions pay by their Annex A tier: the tier sets how many requirements apply, so it's a fair measure of the work. Audit firms pay per engagement, by the tier of the client being audited. The tier checker tells you your tier in two minutes.
Are prices in cedis, and is VAT included?
All prices are in Ghana cedis and exclude VAT, which is added at the standard rate on the invoice. Withholding tax is handled in the usual way.
How do we pay?
Yearly by invoice and bank transfer, or quarterly if that suits your cash flow better. Paying the year upfront gives you two months free.
What is founding customer pricing?
The first 10 institutions get 40% off their first year, and keep that price for two years. In return we ask for a few feedback calls and permission to name you as a customer.
What does the trial include?
Fourteen days with everything switched on, and no card needed. You can load a worked example engagement to see a finished audit.
What happens when the trial ends?
To start new engagements, invite people or upload evidence, choose a plan. You can still open, read and export everything for 90 days; after that your organisation's data is deleted. Owners are emailed 30 and 7 days before.
Can we host it ourselves?
Yes, for Tier 1 institutions and larger firms: the same application can run in your own environment for data-residency or procurement requirements.
Is Ebanta Comply part of, or endorsed by, the Bank of Ghana?
No. It's an independent product built around the published Cyber & Information Security Directive 2026. Ratings and opinions in a report are the auditor's; the platform does the structuring, scoring and record-keeping.
